At Eliteloomwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item does not match the description
- The return request is made within 4 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
Please note that thrift or pre-loved items may have minor signs of use, which will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@eliteloomwear.com
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong item received
- Size issues (subject to availability)
Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may apply
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
